Girl Middle Name Help

Okay well everybody else is doing name posts, and I was too busy to organize this ridiculous post yesterday, but I still wanna play. We find out the sex on Friday. Boy name is set. Girl name is only halfway there.

FN will be Elizabeth, nn Elle. Done. But every time we settle on a middle name, one of us comes up with a reason that we can't use it a few days later. Currently we are on Elizabeth Claire, but I don't love that.

Middle names that we loved but now can't use for whatever reason: Bailey, Rose, Pearl, and Diane.

DH has vetoed Grace, Paige, Faith, and most standard fillers. (His current request is Lyanna, from Game of Thrones, because he believes this big theory about Jon Snow being her son...)

My MN is Renee, which I hate, so I don't want that. 

Our last name is 3 syllables, so I'd like to keep the middle name shorter since Elizabeth is also a bit long.

Final qualifier: Last name ends in -an, so I don't want anything rhyme-y.

Aaaand, go! (Please. Please solve this for us.)

My first thought was also Elizabeth Anne.

Anne would definitely be too much with our last name. It is pretty, though.

I love Kate, but that's another one DH vetoed.

I think he likes Claire more than I do, but mostly because he thinks it will be super cute to call her E. Claire. Sigh.

We have a longer first name for a girl as well and we liked the middle names Paige, Brooke, Blaire, and Belle. Hope that helps!

how could you not want your baby to be E. Claire.  THEY ARE SO DELICIOUS. 

I know, I know. Gah.

We will probably just go with Claire.
