3 am bedding change

My LO greeted me with a shiitty mess in the pnp at 3 am. Nothing like changing baby and bedding, starting a load of laundry and nursing to get the day off to an earrrrlllyyyy start. He's zonked out and I'm wide awake. My DD will be up in just over an hour, is it worth trying to go back to sleep now?!

    It's always worth it to go back to sleep! Even if you don't sleep deeply, at least you can rest. Or, use this time to pump and then give your LO a big feeding when he wakes up so he takes an extra long nap.

    Not that I would ever...ahem..."overfeed" for the sake of sleep. ~shifty eyes~
