Teeth

My dd has two teeth that have suddenly come through. Not up all the way yet but def through the gums. How long do they take to come up all the way? Anyone else have an early teether?

DS2 doesn't have teeth yet but IIRC it took about a month for DS1's teeth to be in completely after they broke through.
