Sideways Mirena!!

Went to have my Mirena removed today and it wasn't budging. Had an ultrasound done and they found its still in my cervix, but its sideways. Now I have to have an outpatient procedure done to have it surgecally removed. I'm nervous!!

No horror stories please, just curious if anyone has heard of this?
