So, like some others on this board, I'm trying to loose a bit of weight. Myfitnesspal tells me I should be a little over 1200 cal for the day. I'm trying to not eat into my exercise calories because I don't really know how accurate they are (I haven't had any of the preset ones really fit my activities yet) and I don't want to be going over.
But, I'm having a lot of trouble sticking to the 1200 without being hungry for a good portion of the day. Every little thing, even the healthy stuff, adds up really quickly.
So, any tips? Foods you eat that are low-cal? Ways to stay full besides drinking a lot of water and higher protein content foods (already doing those things)?
