lactating in 2nd trimester?

I am pregnant with my first child and at 21 weeks and started lactating this afternoon is this normal?

    Yep, it's not technically lactating. Just colostrum, but it's one of the most important things the baby will get!

  • My doc said its fine as long as it happens naturally and they are not stimulated. It can cause pre term but she wasn't overly concerned
