Increased Braxton Hicks

All day long I have been having stomach tightening, more so than I can ever remember. Do BH contractions increase before real labor? I am not feeling any pain with them but they are occurring regularly. I drink water all day long so I am not dehydrated.

Interesting--me, too.  I've been having BH for 2-3 weeks now, but they seem to be getting much stronger and more frequent.  I was at the Dr. today and she was feeling for baby's position when one came on.  She seemed surprised at the strength of them.  They don't hurt unless I'm on my feet walking for a while; then everything starts to ache and i have a hard time standing straight and they'll continue on for ages.
