"Here, donkey, donkey, donkey...."
We put DS to bed around 7, he's usually asleep by 8 and wakes up between 6-7am. So he gets 10-11 hours at night and naps about 3 hours total during the day. Must be the right amount of sleep for him because he's happy and full of energy.
DS sleeps 11 hours a night. He naps 2-3 hours a day.
DD is two years older and she sleeps 10 hours a night.
11 or 12 hours a night
2 hours for a nap give or take
Night time sleep is adjusting with the longer days as it is getting harder and harder to get her into bed as we are outside after work.
