  • So yesterday I bought a Hula Hoop. A hardcore, weighted one. 

    A friend of mine makes them, and is going to be teaching a fitness class with them.

    I bought one to practice in advance. Its a good thing I did...I sucked.

    I practiced for almost an hour yesterday, and I'm getting better, but you know what the best part is??

    I'm really sore!!

    I was kinda looking forward to practicing some more today, but I'm not sure how nice thats gonna feel, seeing as I'm pretty sure my waist is bruised...

    Anyway, got 4 activity points for it :)

    I actually am down 3 pounds so... 3/5 for me!

    You're on WW too right? I give myself 2 activity points a day for 30 minutes of "actively playing with child". It's seriously on there as an activity!

  • 5/5 workouts done for the week. Today was yoga and while I'm not usually super into yoga, today was nice. Weigh-in on Monday...fingers crossed for actual weight loss!

  • I'm still at 3/5 workouts.. Thursday didn't work since we went to a ball game, and last night, the baby was seriously having a meltdown.

    I'm not sure what's going on, but my boobs feel so engorged and hard that any kind of bouncing is torture, so I'm planning to just lay low today. Failure on the workouts, but weight is holding steady.
