I know that this board was very helpful when I was first pregnant, but I am realizing- especially with Dec 2013- that often they just foster fear. I have several friends who are pregnant and are not half as anxious as I am. I attribute a lot of that to them not seeing all of the negative posts or piling up lists of symptoms and experiences to compare to. I guess these boards are a double edged sword. I'm just done with it.

    Yeah, and we are pretty great...

    Stay!  Who needs a new BMB?!  I feel like it may be more beneficial after the baby is born so you can get advice on things rather than hear horror stories.

    I agree. Plus, I don't have the energy to make new friends. I like this board. I still reply to posts on Dec13 but I've got no real urge to be proactive.
