I like how Audrey flows the best. The other two are NMS frankly. Maybe have the final two contenders and wait until you see the baby to pick the final name? Some people have been telling me sometimes you just know when you look at your LO for the first time.

My order of preference would be Audrey, Willa, Padgett.
My reasoning:
1. Audrey: Aubrey is our front runner right now, so it reminds me of that:)
2. Willa is distinctive in it's own way, and I think it has a nice flow, but I worry if nicknames would just end up with her being called "Will?" Although, according to the recent e-mails/articles my mom sends, (she's nuts by the way) it's a good idea to give girls a name that has a one syllable masculine sounding nickname so they are more boardroom appropriate. SMH at my own mother, she calls me "Al" from "Allyson" or "Ally."
3. I would worry about the nicknames with Padgett. Yes, you might have a cute one picked out, but I have a friend named Paige (similar) and in 5th-10th grade she was overweight, it led to the nickname "Pudge" by those wonderful girls at school, she went into a severe depression and ended up with an eating disorder. Not saying it was all because of the name, but I know the nickname had a lot to do with it.
I love the name Willa. I like Audrey; I just tend to shy away from common names. It's currently the 41st most common but it has been rising in popularity each year. (I have a common name. There were seven other girls with my name in a class once. I hated being referred to by my name and last initial in school.)
Padgett...I don't totally hate it. It's nms. I think "pagent" when I say it but I don't even know if I'm saying it correctly. I'd probably opt for Brigette over it.

I was almost named Willow...my mother was a hippy and thought this was just awesome. My dad, did not and he named me. As an adult and a professional, I'd probably not want it, but times are different and there are kids out there named Apple.
I'm not a fan of Padgett - I think of Pudge from Shag and also a guy named Padgett I knew in college who was a total summer's eve.
Out of the three, I like Audrey the best. I'd also think about Aubrey, which is close in sound and cute.
Just throwing it out there, I like Heather as a first name, but I am a traditionalist.
