Thank you ladies!! I've been trying to figure out if my kids are napping too long and why they are going to bed so late. They get up at 3:30 and won't go to sleep until 10:30 some nights so we started doing bath night every night and it seems to be working pretty good. They are usually sleeping by 9pm now.
    Thanks!

Wow! How are you ladies getting the almost 3 year olds to nap? I think my problem is with a 1.8 and 2.8 who share a room, when I try for a nap they just jump out of their cribs and play. But they also sleep 13 hours straight, so is a nap really needed?

mine is 3.5, but we've had this same schedule for a while.

6:15 - allowed out of room (up anywhere between 5:30 and 6:15...)

Have a cartoon while I get ready, then she get's dressed.

6:45 or 7 -- Leave to take her to grammie's and I go to work.

    8:00 -- Breakfast

free play with grammie (they do  all kinds of different activities and stuff)

    12ish -- Lunch

    12:30 a "wind down cartoon"

    1 -- nap til 3

    free play

4 -- Daddy picks her up, they come home have a small snack, play, take a walk, she helps him around the house, whatever.

5:30 -- mommy gets home and cooks dinner, we usually et around 6.

    Play

7:30 -- bath (if it's a bath night, if not she gets a bit more play time)

8:00 -- start bed time (PJs, read a book, etc)

In bed around 8:15/8:30.  Most nights takes 15-30 mins to fall asleep (will lay and talk to herself or her toys, or whatever).
