My ped gave me a chart I can tell u up to 12 lbs said 1/4 tsp which is 1.25 ml

1/2 tsp, which is 2.5 ml

My son is 13 lbs 9 oz and on Wednesday the ped told me 1.5 ml. Not sure who is right, just saying what she told me. I gave him that much on wed night and it seemed to do the trick, it was for his shots.
