    It's really hard to say because medications work differently for everyone. Unfortunately you'll just have to try one and see if it works for you.

    For me, Zoloft was very stimulating and gave me insomnia (which I did not need). Celexa was very calming and helped me sleep. I take 40 mg

    Zoloft does not work for me. I think Zoloft is better in pregnancy, but I've been on Celexa for four years and two pregnancies. I really like it. It works for me rather well. If anyone in your family has taken either drug you can ask how it went. The way you react to SSRI's can be genetic.
