I was one of the lucky women whose body never freaked out temp wise during the pregnancy. Now that she's here, I'm never the same temp as anyone else. I wake up with a sheet and a summer blanket and I'm literally soaked through everything, but when I went to bed I was freezing. I can't seem to get my body to regulate like it used to. In your experience Will this normalize as my hormones do, or is there something I can do to help it normalize faster?
