Something funny happened today...I switched REs between round 1 and 2 because I felt that the first RE totally screwed up and dropped the ball with my cycle. When I went to my WTF she got a bit defensive with me and wasn't the least bit apologetic about what a crappy cycle I'd had at her hands. This was a person I trusted since I had known her for many years and had even been her student when I was in med school. So, I left her office for greener pastures. I also stopped being the faithful referral source I had once been because of my lost trust. Today, her office manager/PR person came to visit me with a bottle of wine in tow to congratulate me on my recent induction as a fellow. She greets me with, "hello stranger", eyed my abdomen suspiciously, then proceeded to ask me in front of my office staff who had been out of the loop as to my IF situation, "so what about you and your stuff?" I cut her off VERY quickly and sent her packing. Seriously???? Now you give a ....?? Ugh. There will be wine in my near future!!!!
Have a lovely weekend ladies!!
