Invited to Baby Shower for someone I don't know.

I recieved a baby shower invitiation in the mail today, for someone I don't know. My mom doesn't know the person, neither does my husband. There is a RSVP phone number. Should I call it and how I know this person? This just seems very fishy.

    That does sound bizarre. I'd probably call and ask.

    I would call. The curiosity would kill me!! Maybe there is another JalynSue in your town, and they just mailed the wrong one?

    I would call the people, maybe they had to look up the address and got the wrong one.

     

    Ironically enough, that just happened to my grandma - she was suppose to get an invite to a shower and it went to somebody with the same name as her in a different town.  So, its possible.

    Maybe try googling the MTB to see if that strikes your memory but if you don't know their name, then it probably isn't for you.

    Yeah I would call and let them know your invitation was probably meant for someone else.
