I know a lot of people are posting about how they are not losing the weight and I just wanted to share my secret! I've lost 37 pounds so far (I gained 32 so I'm actually less than my pre preg weight now!) I am doing weight watchers and love it! I don't really exercise, just small walks here and there! I am 10 weeks PP. I started it 4 or 5 PP and it has worked wonders! I'm EFF but they do have plan for breastfeeding mother's! I also had a c-section and that flab that hung above the incision is totally gone! My pre preg jeans are getting big on me! It's the best feeling ever! I just thought I would share what worked for me!
