I'm going by Walmart and getting stuff to make guac and chips and salsa and that's all I can think of so far! I just had pancakes for an "afternoon snack." Ha.

Turkey burger which I would be enjoying right now except DH used the turkey meat I thawed out for myself for his dinner and left me a frozen package grrrrrr.

Yum, I want all that! I need a good recipe for stuffed bell peppers. They always look so pretty! I'm a big fan of chili relleno, but I'm not sure I can pull that off as good and cheap as the Mexican restaurant.

We are having subway on our way out fishing tonight....the weather is finally nice and the ice has melted so I am dying to get out!!....

I haven't had any cravings at all yet.....I almost wish I would then I could eat all those "bad" foods I never eat and blame it on the baby!! lol. Baby wants Poutine and a chili dog!! yum. ha

If anyone wants a good veggie stuffed pepper recipe, I made this last weekend and it is SO GOOD (and super easy)! I used a boxed couscous (olive oil/garlic flavor) to make it that much easier. Next time I will make extra stuffing, the left overs we did have made the perfect snack or with a meal, and DS loved it too! I topped it with shaved parmesan when I served it
