My 13.5 month old still eats about the same as when he turned a year.
(I don't measure any food, I just feed him until he shows me he is full and wants down. Some days he eats a ton, some days he won't eat a full meal at all so the measurements below are rough estimates and a one day sample meal)
Breakfast: 1/2 cream of wheat w/cinnamon and a fresh fruit mixed in
Lunch: 6 butternut squash raviolis, 1/4 cup veggies (corn, peas, brocoli), 1/2 apple or pear
Snack: Amy's organic crackers (like goldfish), maybe 8-10 of these or cheerios or banana
Dinner: Half of a sweet potato, 2 slices of deli turkey and 1 piece of cheese, few tablespoons of peas (we try to feed him what we are having but he's pretty picky right now)
