Anyone eat this stuff regularly? Any good suggestions on how to make it/eat it?
My dad (Mr. Super Green Thumb) brought over 2 big bunches of bok choy and I have no idea what to do with them.
I've looked into a few recipes, but nothing sounds "spot on".
Suggestions are greatly appreciated! I'd hate for this stuff to go to waste but he really is over exaggerated and gave me way too much :)
