If it's on her forehead it's probably an extension of craddle cap. DS had it for the first few months so we used Burt's Bee's multipurpose ointment. It was the only thing that didn't irritate the skin. It kept coming back then eventually just went away

My pedi told me at our 2 mo apt to put hydrocortisone on it. I bought the kind with some added herbs for eczema and his skin is all pretty and dry/acne free within two days! I was hesitant to use it, but it worked great.
