DD has been in OT 3 weeks. Therapist was telling me that strengthening her core would be really beneficial. She tires easily, even in the session. Anyway, she's in swimming and does soccer. But what are some other fun things we could that would help core strength? Obviously...parks, slides, climbing. Gymnastics?
