HCG Levels Dropping

So I am 5 weeks today and I woke up with mild cramping and some brownish spotting. My HCG levels had been going up from 7 to 22 to 64 and then 133 as of a few days ago. But when I went to the doctor today, I was told that my HCG levels had dropped to 126 and that I am probably having a miscarriage. This happened to me last time, only at 6 weeks...and I miscarried that time. Anyone have something like this happen and it turned out ok?
