In the hospital

Being induced. They had me come in at 10 pm last night due to hypertension. They didn't place the Cervadil until 2 am which was kind of annoying that we had to wait so long since it takes 12 hours to work. Anyway, the doctor who finally came in to place it turned out to be a sorority sister of mine from college. What a small world! Gives a whole new meaning to the word "sisterhood" when she had her hand crammed up in my lady bits. Send speedy labor vibes!

    i understand the small world concept to some degree- I had someone from Hugh school do my epi. When I was in labor. Not as awkward, but ironic none the less!

    Good luck! I have a sorority sister who is an OB and I was thinking yesterday how funny it would be if she lived here and were my OB! Awkward, but I guess there are a lot worse people who could shove a hand in your lady parts!!
