4/12/10 - Began TTC 8/2012 - IFV #1 - 18 follicles retrieved, 11 usable, 10 fertilized, 9 continued to grow, 2 tranferred, BFN :( 9/2012 - Treated for uterine infection 10/2012 - Uterine infection cleared up 11/12/12 - Began IVF #2 12/19/12 - 2 embryos tranferred 12/24/12 - Tested Christmas Eve morning - BFP!!! with a due date of 9/6 :) 12/28/12 - Beta #1 - 193 12/31/12 - Beta #2 - 624 1/7/13 - Beta #3 - 7544 1/14/13 - Beta #4 - 31,067 1/16/13 - IT'S TWINS!!!! Two healthy heartbeats! 8/22/13 - Our precious baby girls arrived in perfect health!

Hmmm...not sure about this name; but, to answer your question...if I had to choose one spelling from the options given, I suppose I would go with Braylie.

Me: Hashimoto's (thyroid), Annovulatory cycles, endometrial hyperplasia DH-low motility and poor morphology
1/2013- DX simple endometrial hyperplasia without atypia- 90 days provera
5/2013- Repeat endo biopsy- DX- progression to complex endometrial hyperplasia without atypia
5/2013- D&C and hysteroscopy- DX: no indication of hyperplasia, indication of polypoid tissue. Increase Provera
7/2013- 1st consult with RE. Switch to Megace (40mg daily) 3rd Endo Biopsy: DX- NO EVIDENCE OF DISEASE.
8/2013- HSG. DX- Right Tube completely blocked. Elevated TPO and TSH. DX- Hashimoto's Thyroiditis
DH's SA= good count, poor motility (39%) and morphology (4%). Adding Fertiliaid for Men and CoQ10
Medicated Cycle #1 (8/2013) 100mg Clomid + TI. No response on CD 14. Stair-step to 150mg Clomid+ TI= No ResponseMedicated Cycle #2 (9/2013) 5mg Femara + TI= BFN Medicated Cycle #3 (10/2013)= 5mg Femara + Ovidrel + TI= No responseMedicated Cycle #4 (11/2013) 5mg Femara+ TI= ??? (Forgot to pack my OPK's on our cruise, so just waiting 35 days since LMP to test)
