I am teaching DS how to put on his pants, shirt and shoes. He still needs a little help with his shirt, but he usually puts his pants and shoes on well. This afternoon, I took off his uniform shirt and khakis and pulled out some play clothes so that we could go outside after work. He insisted, "Mommy, I do it. I know how". So, he struggled and put his pants on backwards and his shoes on the wrong foot. He was soooo proud. I didn't have the heart to tell him the pants were wrong, but I did switch around his shoes before we went out. Talk about hilarious. I kept laughing just looking at his pants. What funny thing has your independent toddler done lately?
