This week's challenge: Reduce your screen time for a week. Set a goal you feel is do-able (30 minutes less a day, 1 hour less a day, no screen time this weekend, etc.), and stick to it for this week.

I don't watch much tv so I am going to limit internet time, I'm on my phone browsing the Web more than I need to be.
