Self Care Check-In

Last week's challenge was a create your own.  So, what did you do in terms of self-care last week?

This week's challenge: Reduce your screen time for a week.  Set a goal you feel is do-able (30 minutes less a day, 1 hour less a day, no screen time this weekend, etc.), and stick to it for this week.
