Is anyone's LO to this stage? I'm a FTM so please forgive me if this is silly but how do you tell? The last 2 weeks LO has stopped sucking on everything and now chews on anything she can get her hands on. When I called the pedi's office the nurse said she wouldn't be teething until close to 6 months. What are the "usual" signs?

The nurse should have said "MOST babies don't SHOW teeth until 6 months. Babies can teeth or weeks, commonly starting at 3-4 months. And in rare cases earlier. Some babies are born with teeth.
