In an effort to help us all get healthy, here is our new check-in. I'll try to post weekly; anyone can fee free to grab it and post if I'm a slacker. : )
Ideally, I think we could all post an update and I'll update the main post every Friday. If you want added on, let me know. I'm going to post my pounds to lose and my goal activity for the week, and I'll post any goal you like (pounds to lose, target weight, healthy food choices, activity, etc.) or nothing at all.

CageyMack-- 24 lbs to go. Goal for the week: 100 pushups app 3 x a week, 60 squats a day, 3 x 1 minute planks a day, limit ice cream. Drink more water.
