We had the best DJ.  I can't stand some of the cheesy wedding DJs that never stop talking in that annoying 'I think I'm on the radio' voice.

We just booked a DJ yesterday.  I'd wanted a band, but $1500 vs. $800 is a big difference.

Also, our DJ is a kid I used to babysit for.  I feel old.

BAND!

It was so worth the extra money.  Bands were not very common at weddings in my area at the time so people were pleasantly surprised at how great they were.  It definitely added a different element to the wedding.
