XP: snacks when you're not hungry

I need some suggestions; this last week I've been having a really hard time eating my morning and afternoon snacks.  My stomach growls, but nothing sounds good, and I feel "full" in the throat if that makes sense.

Anyhow, I need to eat those snacks to keep my blood sugar even.  Please suggest any healthy snacks that work when you don't want to eat...I need 15-30g of carb, along with protein and fiber.  The only things that sound good are fruit juice and milk, and I really can't have those in any decent amount.
