I am pretty boring. I make a sanwich of some kind and bring fruit or veggie straws to go with it and maybe a side salad or low fat cottage cheese if I am feeling like eating a little more.
Soup (pretty much anything) or PB&J. I need to plan out my food next week so I can use my itty bitty snack bags and put cut up carrots and cucumber in them. Wal-Mart has a cute little veggie tray in their produce department I had earlier this week that's big enough for one.
Great ideas! Now to go shopping again. I love the soup idea. And loaded baked potatoes sound delish! My DH usually takes leftovers or I have them made up for the next nights dinner.
