Yes, if the eggs and milk are pasteurized I personally wouldn't worry about it.
It all depends on your comfort level obviously, but I've never been a person who worries about raw eggs (as long as they're pasteurized and not old). I use a raw egg yolk in my chocolate buttercream and yes I've eaten that pregnant. It's all about managing risk in my opinion and since I've never gotten sick from it before I consider it low risk.
