Salad dressing pasteurized if the final product isn't pasteurized but the eggs and milk used to make the dressing are pasteurized that were used in it? Sorry if that is a little confusing!

I stay away from cesar dressing and I don't look at any other type of dressing for the pasteurization. I avoid cesar because I don't like it.

Yes, if the eggs and milk are pasteurized I personally wouldn't worry about it.  

It all depends on your comfort level obviously, but I've never been a person who worries about raw eggs (as long as they're pasteurized and not old).  I use a raw egg yolk in my chocolate buttercream and yes I've eaten that pregnant.  It's all about managing risk in my opinion and since I've never gotten sick from it before I consider it low risk.

Yes, if all the ingredients are pasteurized/cooked then it should be okay.
