contractions and hot flashes

I dont know if they are braxton hicks or just mild contractions but ive gotten them 3 times now and as my stomach gets tight I get a hot flash. Is anyone else experiencing this? I see my midwife tomorrow so we will see what she says.

My BH are usually accompanied by lightheadedness and hot flashes due to the LO squeezing some blood vessels with his head. I can always feel them coming before the tightening is noticeable due to my circulation being cut off.
