Anyone dealt with byram healthcare?

My insurance company told me to call byram healthcare or edgepark to order my pump that is 100% covered (yay!)

I called edgepark and they are out of stock of Medela's but I could order a Ameda or Playtex (which I kinda want a Medela since thats what the hospital uses and all the tubes, bottles etc I was given will fit the Medela) and I could check back the end of next week to see if they got more. So I was wondering if I should check with byram? I dont know why I am so scared to deal with them, I guess because I don't know anyone who has? Has anyone dealt with them before? tia!

Thank you! I tried with them, they wouldn't help me over the phone just by email. and my computer won't let me download their formsso guess they are a no go hopefully edgepark will help me next week.
