I was just wondering if anyone had picked out names for their baby/babies yet.. I know there's a Names board, please don't be snarky about that. I just want to know what my fellow September mommas are thinking!
So far I think we're going with....
Callie Kay Noelle Last name for a girl OR
Adian Thomas Last name for a boy
what do you all think!?
Re: Names
The names board is not very friendly sometimes. (my trying to figure out a good name to go with Kayla and Caleb ended in them telling me that I shouldn't have Caleb Christopher because it sounds weird.)
We picked names before we got pregnant -
Caleb Christopher and Kayla Lynn.
Now we're having twins so we need two more. I liked Aidan but it seems sooo popular and I grew up with a really popular name and it wasn't fun
I think those are both cute names, and I think people are stupid especially since they don't know what the last name is so they don't even know how the finished name will sound! hopfully you'll have a boy and a girl twin so you won't have to worry about new names!
And yes I'm not liking that Aidan is as popular as it is but my boyfriend is in LOVE with that name and I think it's pretty precious too so I think I'm caving.
Seraphina grace
Kolton Alexander
I like both of those names.
My husband and I started talking about names last night. For a girl we like either Scarlett Rose or Liliana Scarlett (Scarlett off Gone with the Wind my favorite movie). For a boy my husband wants Alistair Knox (go by Knox) but I am not completely set on Alistair for a boy yet. We discussed Declan Knox too. So we aren't set 100% but it's still early.
For a girl we have a few options... I love Ava, Wynn, or Rowan, and her middle name would be Marie.
For a boy we decided long ago that it would be Jaron Joseph.
boys name will be brian after my father. dh's idea ! the girl will be shayla but we're still unsure of the girl middle name. right now we're liking shayla janae, shayla elise, shayla renee, and shayla faye. our list is huge but we're stuck on these (for today lol)
My friend loves the name seraphina for her future daughter would b named after her grandfather. Very pretty.
Declan is becoming a popular name, I know three people this year named their son that. I love it, no idea why it's becoming so popular, because before this year I have never heard the name!
We are no where near picking names.
I really like Aidan Thomas. the girls name is too long for my taste but to each their own. I like Callie.

HAHA! OMG I forgot my Dad's reaction: "Really, you can't pick a name I can pronounce?"
I love Seraphina! My husband vetoed it though with the last baby.
We have had a girl named picked since our first pregnancy and its Emmeline Ameila. Emmeline is a family name and we just love Amelia!
We have 2 boys so we are kind of at a loss on boys names!!! Everything I name my husband hates we do have a middle name though and it's Malachi. Both boys have biblical middle names and we would like to keep that theme!
We like Olive, Harriet, Juniper or Daphne for a girl. For a boy we like Jude, Oliver or Ridley. No idea on the middle names yet.
Originally we picked Ryan William (many many years ago), but then my godson was born and his name is Ryan. I know my friend would be upset if we used his name. Then I was at church one day and read the story about how difficult it was for Abraham and Sarah (that's my name) to conceive, and that their first son was named Isaac. Dealing with 4 years of my own infertility, I changed the name idea to Isaac William. Hubby wasn't entirely sold on it.
After reading this post I have changed it to Aiden (or Aidan) William. I'm quite excited about that name!
However, we really think it's a girl. We chose Tera Katsuko (Katsuko is hubby's late grandmother's name), but I'm open to other ideas.
Scheduled IVF for April 2013--SURPRISE, don't need it! DD Born 9/7/13
Ectopic pregnancy Sep/Oct 2014 ended in surgery, and many trips to the ER
Miracle #3: EDD 11/28/16
I love Amelia!
Right now we have Evelyn Grace or Malachi John. The only one we are still deciding about is the middle girl name. We like Grace but I would like it to be another unique and older name thats not as popular. I might have to run Amelia by DH :
No idea for a girl. I think this is a boy though, so we might not need to settle on a girl name!
For a girl we like Genevieve and I love Seraphina, though Dh isn't totally sold on it. He thinks it sounds like the name of a bottled water (I guess he's thinking of Aquafina). I also like Isla, but I don't really care for the way the name looks. I like Aila better, but that's not the "legit" spelling. We've floated around some boy names, but neither of us are totally sold on anything, and it's even harder to find one we agree on. Hopefully the bean is a girl... haha I'm thinking a boy though. We'll get more serious about finding a name it once we know the gender. If it's a girl, we're good to go so no point stressing about a boy unless we need to. And our final decision probably won't be made until baby arrives, but even if we do decide we won't be sharing it with people.
Middle name will be a Chinese name picked by MIL.
We're one and done!
Obviously I'm a fan of Callie...is Adian supposed to be Aidan? It's a nice name. Why two middle names for the girl name though?
We'll be up a creek if this is another girl. Poor Callie was unnamed for a day and a half in the hospital. If it's a boy, I want Drew Michael....I'm hoping MH will be on board.
We have our girl name, Sadie Mae, I loved Sadie and my husband wanted a short middle name and he liked Mae...so at least we have one settled!
If it is a boy we are screwed because hubby hates all the names I love. I love Caleb, Levi, and Elliot..but him not so much.
LOVE the name Emmeline, its a family name for us too and is on our short list of girls names.
We haven't even started talking about names yet. H likes names that I think are a little too far out there, so I'm sure it will be interesting coming up with one. Sometimes we'll be watching a movie and he'll just start throwing names out there. "What about Neo if it's a boy, or Trinity if it's a girl?" No, sorry H, I'm not naming the kid after someone from the Matrix.
We actually have the middle name decided. H is Vietnamese and it's customary for the children's middle name to be the father's first name. So all of our kids will have H's legal name, which his family only calls him.
LO then (2 days) and now (1 year)
Zoey Rose
But a boy name is a different story...
WE HAVE NO CLUE!!!!
BOY:
Logan James
Wyatt
GIRL:
Hannah Elizabeth
Mackenzy Rae
Brenna Grace

Everyone welcome!
Yes Aidan is supposed to the correct spelling, my bad lol.... We chose two middle names because Kay is my Mother's middle name (she died) so that's important to us but we first found out I was pregnant on xmas so Noelle is something that kind of means something to us also. We may change it but we're entertaining the idea of putting Noelle on there.
