I just made a batch the other day:
1 cup natural peanut butter
1 cup honey
1 cup dried fruit (I use half raisins and half craisins)
3 cups oatmeal
1 cup chopped pretzels (if omitting, replace with either 1 cup of another mix-in or an additional 1 cup oatmeal)
Microwave the honey and peanut butter for about 30 seconds to soften. Mix all ingredients and press into a wax paper lined 9x13 pan. Chill for about an hour and cut into bars.
