4 weeks and worried about pain

This is my second pregnancy.  I am worried because my uterus hurts when I roll over at night.  It feels like it is being strained or something. I wake up every time I start to roll over and then try to be very careful to turn over.  Do you think something is wrong?

It sounds like Round Ligament Pain to me. That is pretty normal and nothing to worry about!

Thank you. It is more up the center of the lower abdomen than the sides...and I was surprised that there is any pain so early especially since I've already have one baby..

This. Its totally normal and it may happen when you sneeze or laugh hard too.

That sounds normal. Your uterus and muscles are streching and growing. You will have cramping on and off throughout your first tri.
