    I saw a post a while ago that said you had to save it around 12 times for it to work. I don't know if that many times is really needed, but it worked for me! I just stayed on the signature page and clicked save over and over.

    Try doing it on your mobile (the full site) and if that doesnt work go to your internet options and erase the 'cookies'. GL Let us know if it works!
