Trying to do the EASY method with DS to get him on some type of schedule. I was often mixing up his sleepy and hungry cues. Problem is, he is a crappy napper. Sometimes he will only nap for 25 minutes and it isn't time for him to eat yet when he wakes up. By the time it is time for him to eat, he's been up for awhile and is tired after eating. If he falls asleep for only a short bit after eating, the whole wrong cycle starts again :/ what do I do and any tips how to make him sleep longer?
