So I don't really like my RE's new Medical Assistant. Her first assistant was awesome, and even the doctor admitted she was too awesome for only that position, and she's been promoted to donor eggs. My first IVF coordinator was about as good, but I guess started working with another doctor at the practice exclusively. So right before I started stims, I got a new one. Not as awesome, but ok. Mostly little things.
Now that I'm back to IUI, I'm with her new assistant. Who isn't even as good as my second IVF coordinator. I think it's just a lot more little things that have me questioning her ability to do my Inj + IUI cycle, that is, get my meds on time, and everything covered by insurance.
What should I do? Ask if the 2nd coordinator only does IVF? I'd rather work with her.
I mean, this is the fourth person I'm working with there... and it wouldn't be as much of an issue if they were all equally as good at their jobs.... Ugh.
