Does anyone know if ULTA's insurance covers IF in all states that they have shops and how many hours a week you have to work to be covered? I am fairly certain IF is covered since their corporate location is in IL (a mandated state) but I would be working in TX (a mandated state that doesn't require employers to offer IF coverage, only for Ins Cos to offer it to the employers).
I really don't want to work retail, but I don't have a whole lot of options at this point. I applied online so we'll see what happens.
