I just bought my new thermometer today so I can officially start temping tomorrow!
HeyBrittany04:Yay! I just bought my new thermometer today so I can officially start temping tomorrow!
waiting2bemommy:Today was my second day charting my temp. :) I am so not used to waking up at the same time every day. Luckily I don't have a problem waking up for a minute and then going back to sleep for a while so I have been able to wake up early and do it the last couple of days and then go back to sleep. Are you already on a regular sleep schedule?
@waiting2bemommy - My sleep schedule is pretty regular. I go to bed around the same time every night (11) and wake up for work at 6:15. I usually don't wake during the night. The only thing that will be different is the weekends. Typically, I sleep until 9 on the weekends, but I plan on setting my alarm for 6:15, temping and then go back to sleep. The thermometer that I bought has a feature that displays that last temp when you turn it. That's good, because I won't have to be fully awake to remember my temp on the weekends! I can just take it and fall back asleep and then chart when I'm really awake.
