bladder pinching/cramping

I don't think I have a UTI or bladder infection since this is my only symptom, but I have a pinchy- cramping in my bladder. I first noticed it a few days ago. Perhaps I'm just not using the restroom often enough?

I'm I the only freak feeling this?

Is it a cramping/pinching that comes before you go to the bathroom - like the feeling of your bladder being full?

 

I wake up 2-3x in the night with that feeling, and its a sign that I need to empty my bladder.  I don't get it during the day, because I don't hold it in (like when your asleep)

Yep, I get that when I've held it too long.  Very uncomfy.

It's been fairly constant. it's really irritating

When you feel it coming along, go to the bathroom.  If nothing comes out, and your still feeling that, you might have a UTI (common in pregnancies) and you should call your OB.
