I've been feeling so nauseous and quesie all day everyday, i tried everything in the book with little help. I've only actually thrown up once and all the other times its just been gagging. I've read online about ginger root tea and i finally made it to the grocery store to buy some ginger root to make some tonight. OMG it works! All i did was boil slices of the root in water for about 20 minutes, put a chunk of lemon in a mug with the ginger water and i feel so much better! It may not taste great but its really not that bad, i think the lemon helps with the taste of it. Hope this helps some of you ladies as it did for me!
