I don't know about you ladies, but this heartburn is for the birds! No matter what I eat or drink, it rears it's ugly head!
This morning I stopped by the drug store and stocked up on Almonds, Super duper strength Tums, peppermint gum, and clearance candy canes. That's on top of taking 75mg of Zantac 2x a day!
Anyone have any other Natural methods of relief that work? I'm pretty desperate since I don't want to eat anything but have to for LO's sake.
