OhBaby+2013:You get 7-9 hours of sleep....in a row? I'm lucky to get 5 hours with 2.5 being my max at one time! I'm off work now though so I plan to nap lots these last few weeks!
Lol - not in a row. But usually I'm fine on 6 hours (12am - 6am) and now I am not. This includes getting up at night to pee a lot or just waking up. But since it's vacation, I've been taking naps every day and trying to sleep in (DH is great about that). It's just weird because I don't normally require this much sleep!
jessalared:Yes around 36 weeks bam, tired. Don't know how I'll make it through work these last few weeks
I wonder about this too! I can't do anything without getting completely exhausted.
MourningMist:Are you still taking your prenatals? If so, talk to your doctor about adding iron. When I told my doctor I was getting exhausted, especially after baby did her daily aerobics, he put me back on my prenatals (I had stopped taking them because I was so sick and the size of the pills would activate my gag reflex so i couldn't keep them down) and told me to add iron. Since I've been back on them I'm not nearly as worn out.
Sadly, yes, I'm on my prenatals and iron!
