So, the title tells it, but I feel like in the past few nights, I have started to dread nighttime. I have been suffering (yes, it is that bad) with carpal tunnel syndrome for the past few months, but it has gotten increasingly worse in the past week or so. Not only that, but I am just really uncomfortable in bed. I used to *love* getting into bed; now that feeling is gone.
Any recommendations? Last night I had some hot chocolate before bed and soaked my hands and feet in epsom salt to help with the swelling in hopes that those relaxing activities would help me fall asleep. Unfortunately it didn't help :(
